Blood Haund : He disagrees with this idea because it costs too much. He is worried about money.
Emma : She agrees with this idea. By establishing medical department, people will be interested in medical field and it would be able to contribute to the development of medicine.

Blood : Why do we need medical department ?

Blood : Let’s make a new scholarship system if students who go abroad to study medical things come back to Apollon. If they go abroad and don’t come back to Apollon, that have to repay the scholarship.

The agenda for this discussion was very difficult. We changed the topic many times, but it was good because we reached a consensus. Although the money issue is a little regrettable, I hope that many students will use their scholarships to contribute to Apollon.
I felt that I wanted to hear your more specific idea because you had a different point of view. I suggest that you have more opportunities to tell your idea. If you do that, a discussion will improve!
